Hello, Hello again. We have some significant alerts 🚨 coming your way!
Alert history (accessible via the Alert Menu) now shows some basic statistics for a specific alert:

ServiceNow provider allows you to open tickets in ServiceNow and enrich alerts with the created ticket URL, status, and more…

When an alert has a Ticket URL associated, we show a ticket indicator, allowing you to jump to the created ticket quickly
You can now enrich alerts via workflows executed by alerts. In the following example, we have a workflow triggered by some incoming alert from some source, we use an Action that uses a ServiceNow provider to create a ticket and “enrich” the incoming alert with the ticket_id and ticket_url
actions:
- name: create-service-now-ticket
# If the ticket ID is not present in the alert, create a ticket
if: "not '{{ alert.ticket_id }}'"
provider:
Type: ServiceNow
config: " {{ providers.servicenow }} "
with:
table_name: "{{ alert.annotations.ticket_type }}"
payload:
short_description: "{{ alert.name }} - {{ alert.description }} [created by Keep][fingerprint: {{alert.fingerprint}}]"
description: "{{ alert.description }}"
# enrich the alert with the ticket number and other details returned from servicenow
enrich_alert:
- key: ticket_id
value: results.sys_id
- key: ticket_url
value: results.link
We are glad to add “Alert Indicators.”, after a few feedbacks we received from users. The indicators show you the Original Alert URL, Ticketing URL, Workflow Status and allow you to easily navigate to where ever is needed.
